Chelonia Eco-Adventures proudly donates part of the proceeds to crocodilian and rainforest research and education. Make your party count!

The following Birthday party packages are available:

JAWS AND CLAWS (ages 4+) 45 mins

It’s survival of the fittest in this world.  Learn about the amazing adaptations of animals and what it takes to survive, defend themselves, and eat in the wild. Interact with a variety of animals, skulls, teeth, and other bio-facts for a 35 minute presentation with your child as a Jr. Assistant and live animals such as crocodilians, snakes, salamanders, frogs, creepy crawlies lizards and more! Then get ready, set, go…for exciting turtle races!.

Price: your house-$200 up to 15 kids, $15 additional child

Includes:

1. 45 minute animal presentation
2. Photo CD of kids with an animal
3. 1 animal specialist
4. $5 gift certificate to Franklins Toys

Optional: face painting additional $50

Other optional items:

1. To book a large room (capacity 60 people) @ The Severna Park Community Center: add extra $45 per hour. Tables, linens, and chair room set up break down is included
2. Animal party favors $5 per child (includes, mealworm lollipop, tattoo, creepy crawly animal toy, real fossilized shark tooth)
3. Specialty cake from various bakeries
4. Rental of tables, chairs, and & linens

Notes:

1. Crocodilians, alligator, salamanders, various turtles, various snakes, Madagascar hissing cockroaches, millipedes, scorpions, tarantulas, Pac Man frog, lizards….with more to come.
2. A traveling fee may apply for over 30 miles radius from Severna Park.
3. Parents are to sign a hold harmless waiver and participation form.

PARTY ANIMALS! (ages 4+) 1.5 hrs

Get the party started by interacting with a variety of amazing animals from snakes, to crocs, to creepy crawlies with your child as a Jr. Assistant. Ready, set…go, go, go with turtle races and end with building your own alligator nests snack or make a craft while you get your face painted. This thrilling, heart-pumping, but educational party is one that you and your friends will always remember!

1. 40 minute Animals hands-on presentation
2. Interactive activity/game
3. Animal snack or arts and crafts
4. Face painting/temporary tattoos
5. Personalized animal invitations by Paper in the Park
6. Photo CD of kids with an animal
7. 1 animal specialist/hostess

Beauty and the Beasts (ages 4+) 2 hrs

If you kiss a frog, will it turn into a Prince? Come dressed as a princess, rock star, or a pirate and meet a variety of slithery, slimy, scaly “beasts” and learn the “softer” side of these creatures with your child as a Jr. Assistant. Then have your face painted and hair done to be transformed into a real princess/pirate.  Take home a hand-made frame with a picture of you and your favorite beast.

Includes:

1. 40 min Animals hands-on presentation
2. Interactive activity/game
3. Animal snack or arts and crafts
4. Make-up/Face painting & hair do’s
5. Tiara & necklace, pirate bandana/eye patch
6. Personalized invitations by Paper in the Park
7. Photo CD of the “Beauties with their Beasts” to send in their thank you cards for their frames
8. Minimum of 1 animal specialist and 1 party hostess
9. $5 gift certificate to Franklins Toys

"WOW..MeiLen what a party! The kids are still going on and on about everything at the party. Our dinnertime conversation was very lively! Claire thought it was funny how you snuck a cockroach on her back. Andrew loved it ALL. All the kids had an awesome time and LOVED handling so many exotic creatures. You taught them so much.
