Price Includes
Meals, triple/quad accommodations, expert instructors/researchers,
National Park fees/tours, research opportunities, all program
materials including career, flora and fauna, and resource
information.
Price Does NOT Include
Passport
or visa fees; insurance; or any beverages/snacks, laundry,
telephone calls, souvenirs, or any other expense of a personal
nature. In-flight meals not served or missed due to changes
are not covered. Additional travel and medical insurance
can be purchased through the companies listed under the
program’s trip information.
Refunds & Cancellations
There is a $250 trip deposit. Cancellations received 75
days or more prior to departure are refundable minus $100
for processing. Cancellations received within 75 days of
departure are non-refundable. All cancellations must be
received in writing; however, they will be considered effective
upon advisement of the cancellation. We strongly recommend
that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
